The prices could be a little more reasonable in today’s economic hardships that everyone is dealing with worldwide, but overall best spots does a great job of servicing your products when you need them I wish it was a lot more easier to get somebody in a timely man and when you need service other than that, go forward

Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

My goodness you definitely don’t want to purchase any electronics with this protection It is so worth every cent You never know if a product will fail so protection is of the utmost importance Easy replacement process

I hooked it up myself but I like the idea that Geek Squad will fix the TV for 5 years if anything goes wrong with it.

Very nice to know that we have like an insurance to make sure everything keeps working for at least two years !!!

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

It is worth buying the extended warranty. Several times it has paid off by replacing an item.

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

I got a 5 year extended warranty for my Vizio TV. Recently had to have Geek squad come to my house. They replaced my TV with a new Vizio TVbecause of cost to repair it. I took my old Vizio TV to the nearest Best Buy and they exchanged for my New Vizio TV. With no hassles or problems. The agent who came to my house was freindly and new what he was doing. I woyld recomend that anyone buying electronics at Best Buy get a Geek squad warranty.

I was lucky to have purchased the insurance for my tv, otherwise I’d would have had to spend money on a new tv, but after a simple call and an coming to my home I was given clear understanding or what to expect, and given a new tv within a couple days

We bought a Roku 65” TV plus the 5 yr Geek Squad coverage. We have used Geek Squad in the past on our computer and they fixed it plus retrieved my photos. I highly recommend Geek Squad

Haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a peace of mind knowing my product will be taken care of.

As electronics get more and more complicated and how susceptible they are to conditions it give me peace of mind. I recently had a 50" TV repaired in home by Geek Squad on the plan. They were quick, efficient, and fixed the issue. Without this plan I would have been out an expensive TV after only 2 years. I don't get this on everything I buy. But I buy it on a lot of electronics. I don't always use it. But without it I would have been out more money than the plans cost me.

It was a bit rough I was passed off a few times and given someone cell phone to contact for repair/replacement.

This is an amazing TV. The included Alexa feature makes the entertainment experience even better. I can just tell Alexa to turn on the TV without having to go get the remote. The quality of the image is amazing and the sound too.
