The warranty plans are good from Best Buy. I had to send off a tv and they couldn’t find a problem with it. Shipped it back to the store and when I picked it up it was doing the same thing. The manager went ahead and gave me store credit for the TV. I love Best Buy’s customer service.

Had a smaller tv , fire tv also. When we was looking for a gift for us. Found this on sale, we drove 60 miles round trip to get it. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE TIME. PICTURE IS SO CRIP, CAN SEE EVERYTHING SO MUCH BETTER.

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs

5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer. Covers just about every incident that could happen to the equipment.

The protection plan is good overall. What I don't like is it doesn't kick in until a year after you purchase which wasn't obvious when I bought the TV. You have to go through the TV provider for the first year on most models. So, basically, you are paying for a 4 year plan instead of a 5 year, because you can't use the plan in the first year of owning your tv. The bottom line, you shouldn't be charged for a 5 year plan if it is only good for 4 years.

If you do not buy this and your item has a hissy fit - getting service on it is EXPENSIVE... so good luck if you do not buy this coverage. I buy Geek Squad with anything that is an electronic - anytime I have had a problem - they are fast, efficient and worth it! Coverage is transferable too - handy! Always recommend!

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

I have had to use this and I hope I won't need to, but it was a great price.

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

Some times it is better to to on the safe side. I have had several people I know have trouble with the T V they purchase and since this was an open box item ( evidently purchased and used to watch the super bowl and then returned based on the active account I discovered on the T V ) I wanted to play it safe and went with the warranty . SO thst if some difficulty does happen I should be in good hands for repair or replacement.

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

Have only hardtop call but was assisted with professional.

So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

My Geek Squad service is very awesome and the delivery is very seamless ! Have never regretted buying from Best Buy

28th Street Grand Rapids store is awesome - they know how to care for customers and really help! I was treated poorly at the Alpine store, really poorly
