It's a 5 year warenty. my dad had one of these for his TVs so this was a must get. I know if anything goes wrong my tv will be covered.

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

I appreciate the addition of extended warranty a lot for electronics and other devices. Best Buy is good at taking care of issues that occur down the road, particularly if you have this extra coverage.

Great protection plan specially for TVs as it covers everything

Recently I called to have a service done on my TV that I got from Best Buy. They were quick to respond to my request, but how my TV wasn't able to be fix they helped me find a replacement one.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

I'm a big fan of the Geek Squad protection packages. They replaced a 65" LG OLED C6 TV a few years ago due to burn in and the replacement process was hassle free and went very smoothly. On a side note, the standard warranty included with LG OLED TVs does not cover burn in. I purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plans on all electronics I buy from Best Buy.

Hopefully won't need the warranty, but gives peace of mind with the purchase of a large TV.
