Used it the 2nd day I bought a new Sony TV, and month 58 of a 5 year plan on a microwave. Got my money back.

With my luck, as soon as manufacturing warranty ends, Geek Squad will kick in and I’ll have piece of mind. I always het a Geek Plan.

My wife Samsung went out geek squad was unable to repair it had no problem getting a gift card for full price of the TV used it for the standard warranty on my new 65-in OLED TV

With every penny never had a problem with it has saved me many times over the years

Have not had to use this yet, but from a past experience when I had to, all went well. And, since my TV was unable to be fixed on that occasion, I was able to purchase a new TV with a gift card with the reimbursement for the price of that TV. This gives me peace of mind that if anything happens with this new TV in the future, I’ll be covered.

Got this warranty for my daughters tv after her previous tv went black with no warning and no warranty. Do yourself a favor and get the warranty. It provides peace of mind for the unknown!

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

very helpful in helping to exchange item. Only drawback was it was not volunteered to set up equipment weather it would be free or at an added cost and I did not think to ask as prior television was set up by delivery personnel.

It may initially seem expensive but I recommend getting the 5 year plan on new technology. It has come in handy for me on several occasions throughout the years. The purchase of this protection plan is on a TV that I received at no cost because the previous one was covered by a 5 year plan.

No electronic household device should be without geek squad protection!! The squad is well run, knowledgeable, responsive,courteous, clean. They take the responsibilities of their job seriously as well as client satisfaction!! We have been working with geek squad members since 2006 & highly recommended this technical service.

Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

Geek Squad is the best warranty program out there. They have come to my home twice when a big name device decided to go belly up and they replaced both times with no questions asked after analyzing the problems. I normally do not trust any extended warranty but GS is the glaring exception. I would always buy it.

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

while I have the 85inch 4k TV, I also bought the 2 years Geek squad, not only for protection, also for the professional servcies the Best buy can provide.

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free
