We have had Geek Sqad for several years. Love that we can cover all of our devices. Any issues just take it in and drop it off. very quick and professional.

Comes in handy when ya need it would get again in the future.

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.

The support when I came into the store was top notch. Incredible knowledgable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns!

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

[Employee of bestbuy] Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.

Seemed like a good idea to get the extended protection.

The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

Great product !! Hope I never have to use it, but good to have.

I do not buy extended warrantees as a rule, but for the great price of the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection you cannot go wrong.

Not really sure I haven't had a problem so I can't really give an accurate review.

Great to have even if I never use it. Just knowing my Tv is covered makes owning the 5 year coverage is worth it.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs
