So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

One of the HDMI ports on our TV broke because we had the protection plan we were able to upgrade our tv minus what we paid for the original TV. BRILLIANT!

I have not had to actually take advantage of this service. But I hope to have no issues when the need arises. I read prior reviews before my purchase which stated they were given a hard time because they didn't have the original packaging. So because of that warning I have stored my packing away along with my original receipt. You can never be too careful....

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

This only cost $20 and since replacing it would cost a lot more than the original price of my open-box, on-sale TV, I figured it was worth it. I don't usually add this type of insurance, but for an open box TV, it seemed reasonable. I would recommend this to someone who also got an open box or a refurbished TV to be on the safe side!

Purchased this additional warranty support contract to cover the item purchased with it. Always good to have a backup plan if there are any unforeseen issues with the technology.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.
