Glad to have this warranty just in case something happens w/ our new tv.

Reasonable price for a long warranty. It's only $10 more to go from the 2-year warranty to a 5-year warranty.

Tv looks great while playing games, BUT has a severe problem with judder/soap opera effect that is very distracting while watching tv!

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. When I purchased my first big purchase Tv, I found that Hisense had a great deal on one of their more budget premium options but I was hesitant because of quality control concerns. In the end there was a minor issue with the panel of my tv a couple years into owning it. When I called geek squad about the issue I was able to get my entire tv replaced!! They helped turn a curse into a blessing. Worth every penny.

What else is there to say. Easiest warranty program I’ve had. I buy it with all my major purchases. I make those purchases at Best Buy because of it.

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing
