Help my grandma set up her TV over the phone in under 5 min. when she could barely turn the last one on.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is great! I had a different 65" tv thar had a problem with the screen. After just under a year, the screen went completely grey. I had the Geek Squad come and check the tv out. First they changed the PC board but that did not help. Next I got to exchange it for a new 65" tv. The process was fairly easy. The person that I spoke with on the phone to help me with the exchange was so nice and very helpful. She let me know my choices of tv's and put through my order. The new tv arrived in just a few days. I purchased a new 5 year plan also.

All I can say is one word. Phenomenal! Geek squad workers get the job done and are very courteous. They solved my problem in a fast, diligent, and timely manner. The questions I asked and the answers I got were very well satisfied to me. Best Buy has a customer for life. Geek squad members are a credit to their profession. Although the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan is up front pricey, it delivers as promised. I've replaced 2 TV's due to screen failure and have received full credit towards a replacement. The exchange doesn't occur overnight, but it happens.

Its nice to know if some thing go's wrong I'm covered, I don't have to worry.

I love the Geek Squad because they have always been so professional and bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. They have always treated me well. Today 09/20/2021 I went in to get a TV repaired that was almost brand new and they made the transaction so easy and aloud me to exchange it for a brand new one. This is why I have never ever purchased somewhere else even if the product I want is cheaper. I have literally spent thousands of dollars over the years at Best Buy and I always walk away knowing if anything goes wrong they will fix it. Always purchase the extra Geek Squad warranty it is well worth it and you will have no problems if your item stops working.

I think it is worth getting for a peace of mind if anything should go wrong
