Much needed protection when purchasing new computer

Bought a plan for my last 50" TV. had issues after year one and geek squad came out and replaced the main board. year two it started giving me the same issue and was told it couldn't be repaired. Instead of giving me a comparable TV, they gave me the money back I paid for the TV. That would typically be good but I got this TV at a huge discount so I could not possibly replace it with anything comparable. I would have rather had my TV repaired or given something similar. When I purchased the plan I asked if the plan would get me something similar if it ever came to it and was told it would. I specifically asked because of the low price. Instead I had to add $500 of my own money to get something similar. Geek Squad should really provide more options when fulfilling their plans.

We have not had to use Geek Squad yet but good to have a backup due to now days quality sucks.

The warranty to you get with geek squad is top notch

Quick, curteous. Perfect set up of our TV (mounted over the fireplace) and speaker. Not so perfect set up of our basement treadmill (belt skipped).

I really recommend this option. They pick up and figure out the problem at your home without the inconvenience of dealing with the tv

It is always smart to purchase protection for your electronics! This TV is for my 6 year olds room and you never know what may happen!!!
