This TV has it all.......apps, remote.....great picture.....set up took some patience....but we are very glad we purchased it.

Good old geek squad protection! Mostly am pleased with the support at best buy locations. Of course, it can vary from store to store, like any business. No support network is perfect, but it is nice to have this to backup your devices!

I usually don't purchase the extended warranty, but for the price I figured it wasn't a bad idea. The peace of mind is worth the $23.
