Best service provided on the Geek squad when required.

We purchased the service for a laptop purchase. We did it to allow for existing data from replaced laptop to be transferred by Geek Squad. Went ok other than we were incorrectly told that Microsoft office could be moved. Had planned on purchasing a desktop to replace a Windows 7 but after discussions about simply replacing operating system, decided to get a new computer elsewhere. Would not purchase service again.

Worth it till the item may have a defect at no fault of your own that their so called smart squad deems it as a physical damage.

I hate everything about Geek Squad ever since they canceled a laptop protection early and refused to service the laptop. Then treated me like the criminal.

Was a gift for someone we know but have previously purchased the same model before.

Haven’t needed to use it yet.. But I’m sure when the time come it will be quick and easy!

You get it cause you feel like you have to. Takes for ever to get someone on the phone. In my experiences they didn’t help me in any way

I think this cost too much for the amount of services offered.

had geek squad on my tv and they came to my house about 3-4 times and were fixing it supposively but were never able to get it fixed completely so you would think they would replace the whole tv after trying to fix it 3-4 times and just stopped calling and never replaced my tv!

Not good customer service, was given the run around and no one seemed to want to provide assistance

Had 8 tv’s installed, new thermostats and complete Ring system. Ring still does not work properly and they want to charge more to come fix problem

Always get the longest warranty cause your tv is gonna go out right when it ends

They are ignoring my requests to fix TV. Told me to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer says it’s out of warrantee and to contact Best about because I purchased extended warranty from them.

I only purchased this plan because I was told it would take effect after the so called 1 yr warranty on the TV. Was not told the truth because 2yrs and 1 month later when my ethernet connection went bad, I was told out of warranty.

Believe the 1 star reviews. Had many calls about my issue and i ended up wasting my time to find out it is just an extended warranty.

I have the capabilities of mounting, or hooking up peripherals. A little over a year ago, after insulting my intelligence over a HP laptop that had a bad wi-fi receiver, and returning two weeks later with same issue,(HP made it Good) i would not recommend using them. This coverage was a freebie.

Did not even end up needing it. What a waste. SMH.

Poor quality work and unprofessional crew. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy

I rather work with manufacturers They can’t help to solve all problems

The agents are knowledgeable about the TV, and are polite and courteous
