Geek squad is the best thing to have when you purchase a merchandise so make sure you get that geek squad warranty it will take care of you when you're merchandise break down go get it

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

If U need the Coverage its comforting knowing that you have five years if the need of repair or replacement arises

Always there when I need help or fixes for my tv so I think they are great

I haven't used this service yet. I bought it in case my tv has problems and will be covered.

I like the idea of in-home service. It would be a pain to dismount from wall to bring it in for service.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

I have had a previous geeks Squad plan and when my TV had issues they handled it in a timely manner and gave me the cost of the tv back since it could not be fixed

Easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it. The only concern so far was handled by the manufacturer.

Although I normally pass on extended warranties, I purchased this because my old set, a Samsung QLED, went out after 4 years. I guess I was a little shell shocked since I usually get 6-8 years out of a set. We’ll just have to see!

I bought this tv for my mom, and she loves it. The quality is amazing, just purchased a smaller one for my daughter.

I wish I would have purchased this on the last TV a bought from Best Buy. The TV died 2 months after the manufacture warranty expired and it cost half the value of new to get it repaired.

My TV sound was going on and off so I brought the TV in for service under the 5 year protection. After review, my TV was replaced with a newer model. I'm very pleased and have now purchased protection for my new TV.
