Geek Squad are great friendly polite and they do and excellent job when they come out

The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

Bought the protection plan for 2 years because life happens. Have not had to use it yet but better safe then sorry.

I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

I havent needed to use it yet, but its nice to have the protection when i need it.

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

Better coverage than other place’s protection plan

It is incredibly reassuring to have a 2 year warranty for any expensive purchases.

I always purchase the extended warranty on my technology purchases. We have six tvs we have purchased for our church. All of them have the bestbuy extended geek squad protection. I like the security that they covered if anything goes wrong.

My TV screen failed after 1 month. Geek Squad came and just brought a new TV and took the old one back
