I really don’t want to pay a lot of money later on when something that could have been protected with a little bit of money with the purchase up front

It seems unnecessary at the time, but it's better to have when you need it than be stuck with a 700$ tv that breaks down! We hesitated over purchasing this, but in the end we have peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to our tv over the next five years, the geek squad can help repair it!

Warrarnty is $ well spent. Ive gotten multiple warranties from best buy and had to use a few times. Definitely worth it

Why would you buy a $1200 TV and not put a coverage on it is the real question. I’ve been purchasing Best Buy service plans for years I’ve exercised some others I never had to redeem, they are well worth it.

Purchase the 5-year warranty because it was priced well. Geek squad is awesome but I hope I don't have to use them lol.

Made the mistake of buying a TV and did not put the extended warranty insurance on it sure enough after two years later TV went out and and had to buy new one and this time I got the extended warranty on it just incase

I’m glad to be able to get this 5-year warranty. My last tv only lasted about 5 years. The back lights went out. Better off buying a new tv.

After your failed phone evaluation, The visit from technician was able to address my broken TV in two days after a wasted two weeks of phone service!

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

The agents helped me exchange my broken Wireless earphones for new ones. Everything was taken care of right on the spot! Got my earphones in the mail 4 days after exchanging them! Great service like always. Thank you Geek Squad!

Good picture and lots of new things to do on it with internet. The sound is good but it seems to turn up on its on it could be the stations lol but it does have a louder volume then any other TV we have own in quite some time.

I haven’t used them yet, but I’m confident that if I need to call them they will get the job done.

Only purchase just in case something happens but never have needed it luckily

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

Insurance or additional Protection is always a good thing to have, makes for Carefree Viewing of Sports, Movies & Drama

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.
