    The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

    You must always have protection. I have used the geek squad protection plans on past devices and I’m glad I did because I needed something fixed and replaced.

    Purchased this when I purchased my Sony Tv... Low nd behold my tv that I bought 2 yrs ago decided it wasn’t gonna work anymore...so I was able 2 call geek squad 2 come out Nd take a look... best service ever

    OMG I had a problem with a screen I purchased and they without asking any hard time gave me the best solution in matter of seconds the squad rocks besides it covers everything many people thinks is expensive but if you divided in years is cheaper than buying a new tv

    Geek Squad warranty is very good. I had one on my last TV and this is a replacement under that warranty. Absolutely no difficulty with company after they verified the TV could not be repaired.
