I don’t know what I would do without this protection plan. I have personally used it before and it’s true hassle free protection. Best Buy is there to help or replace If needed. That simple.

I highly recommend getting the extra warranty on your TV. I’m only had to use it once and they were so kind and fast in trying to fix/replace my broken TV. I ALWAYS get the extra warranty now.

The installation process was tress free. They took the time to explain the various functions of the tv. Great job!!

We are very satisfied with this plan. However, it has taken a long time to get an appointment at the store or get someone online to help. Not sure if COVID has had a part in this delay.

The agents put together all the parts required and assembled my TV in a record time. I cant complaint. The are very responsible abd efficient.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection on my large screen TV for an Airbnb unit. I thought the cost was reasonable and the Geek Squad provides me with confidence that any problems can receive immediate online attention & service. Worth it.

I don't always get warranties, but for as little as this cost to cover my 32" TV it is well worth it. 42 cents a month to cover it for 5 years, and if something does go wrong, I just have to bring it back to any Best Buy and they have all the info!

It covers quiet a few issues and considering I was buying a brand I didnt have earlier, this will come in handy.

It is worth it, the peace of mint that your item has a warranty that is reliable is great

Just purchased this Geek Squad Plan for a 32-inch Insignia (Best Buy brand) TV.

Love the Geek squad and there extended warrenty, never any hassel with repairs or replacement.

This tv was easy to set up and I thought it was going to be too big for the living room but it was actually what I needed.

Luckily we haven't had to call them for help. We got the greatest insurance for extra protection

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.
