    I like the fact that if anything happens someone will come out and if they can't fix the problem, you'll get a new tv. This is helpful to have.

    The Geek Squad assembled my tv stand and mounted my TV. They kept me informed on the time and date of the installation. They were professional and friendly. They did a GREAT job.

    Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.
