This sound bar has a nice sound for the price. Would have looked more for a 5.1.2, but i have valted ceilings.

Worth the money, great value for peace of mind. Also get the reliability of the geek squad.

I had previously purchased the 3 year plan first and was surprised I could replace it for a 5 year plan with in one week. This plan is said to cover tv burn in. Hope for the best....

Great to have . Purchased for both my black friday tvs. They will even come to the house for larger tvs. Cost with black friday tv fire tv was a no-brainer for peace of mind.

Purchased this to go with our new home office printer and I hope I don't need to use it but good insurance if the unit fails and we need it replaced. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't actually ever had to use one of these protection policies so I don't know if there will be any kind of hassle in actually doing so.

Geek squad comes in handy for a variety of things. I love this membership. I have had my computer hard drive replaced, viruses removed, cell phones fixed or replaced.

The agents that come in are always knowledgeable. This has been a great way for us to have so many things done - from hanging and setting up TVs to working on our laptops and desktops.

Bought the protection plan for new treadmill. Hoping nothing ever goes wrong but love knowing they will come to the house and fix if needed.

This is something not 100% needed for qualifying purchases, but if you really want to protect and guarantee the qualifying product, I'd highly recommend you buy it.

Haven't used it yet. But I feel very secure knowing that if I have a geek related crisis, the geeks will be there. It helps me sleep at night better than my old blankey.

Always get the 5 year warranty with large purchases! Worst thing that can happen is you have peace of mind for 5 years. Best case, it fails after 4 years, and you get a brand new one!

Unfortunately electronics don’t last and it’s taking a chance if you don’t mind replacing after a year, but if want to keep for a few years it’s worth getting the coverage
