Geek squad protection is a must have for electronics especially if you have kids! A lot of their plans cover accidental damage etc...You will have peace of mind so I recommend you get it if you find value in it!

I always get the warranty though Best Buy when buying a tv. It’s covered my butt more than once! Honestly something I’d rather have and not use than my tv mess up and not have it.

I always buy the protection plan. I just wish all of the best buy employees knew what it was. Got different stories from different people. Had a hard time returning tv even with the warrenty. Got the run around.

Never needed it but always get updates on when it is running out so that’s helpful

Installed it myself and the biggest obstacles were removal from the bed of my truck and unpacking it.

I would recommend the 5 year protection plan, especially if you have young children. It basically protects you against almost any AND everything

While I have not had to use this service yet and hopefully i won't have to. I love knowing that if something goes south with my television they squad will send someone to my house to help fix the problem!

Unfortunately because of the COVID19, I have to wait for my repairs but i have never had a problem with you guys always answer my questions and fix my problems with my computer

Works as expected and you can control it with your phove or assistant.

This plan is always helpful. It brings me at ease knowing that my computer is protected. I don't have to worry about dropping it, water damage or any other malfunctions that occur. I have had this plan on al my computers.
