The service was really great and convenient. They took care of mounting my new tv. Quite quickly and spent most of the time explaining the new system to me.

Good gadget to hv when your devices have defects! They respond in in a reasonable amount of time and ate knowledgeable at what they do!

I needed a new television for the Living Room and already had three other Samsung TVs of various sizes. I choose the 40" Samsung Smart TV because if fits perfect in the room and the performance of Samsung is Outstanding in all ways.

My wife and I are absolutely grateful for this service we added to our products because we had a hurricane recently that ruined our tv’s and this service hooked us up with no problems at all with new televisions.

Could be a lifesaver, I made this purchase because I recently had to discard a 55-inch LG Plasma TV that stopped working after only three and a half years

dont pass this up with big purchases, IE tvs, laptops, game consoles.... never know whats gonna happen

Its a great tv the 4k graphicsin crystal works on xbox and looks so real.

It covered my old TV and helped purchase a replacement. Setup was a great bonus.
