It just one of those purchases you maybe don't need, but glad you have it when something goes wrong.

I brought the Hisense 70" Tv and it was working fine until it started blinking in and out and finally it will not come on at all. The sad part about it the TV quit working 2 weeks after the 2 year protection plan expired. I thought that we would get some kind brake or grace period but they told me I was just stuck with the repairs! 2 weeks? I think I should have been given a break!

You should always protect your products with a protection plan

Geek squad transferred all of our data from our previous computer to our new all in one. Everything is compact with this computer. Just what we were looking for.

I never buy a TV without this service. Its paid for itself many times ober everytime.

This warranty is a great value add for the consumer and Best Buy because it allows open box items to have a warranty and makes buying them worry free.

The agents installed my full motion mount. They were on time and finished quickly. They even gave me advice about my outdoor area as well.

I buy these a lot. When I need help, I go into Best Buy and the Geek Squad agents are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you're not 100% savvy and could use a little help!

Any time I can remove stress, its a great day. Products in general don't last like they used to. Removing stress for 5 years about my new Hisence 70" tv, Awesome

You need this Protection, the warranty offered at Best Buy is not as expensive as in other places. When you compare Sear and other competitors the warranty is about 20% of product instead of the 50 to 60 % others charge

I actually got to use this service recently. I brought my TV in, it wasn’t working, they gave me a voucher worth the price I originally paid.

I always get the protection plans for my large price purchases.I have used the protection plan on my televisions before and best buy scheduled and sent a repairman and if it couldn't be fixed they replaced it.
