    I haven’t needed to use this as yet but it gives confidence knowing I have it. When ever I do not buy one with a product it always broke or go bad so get it.

    I bought the additional warranty "just in case" my son broke this tv. He broke my last computer by swinging a toy into it, so I now have that extra peace of mind should he do something like that again with his new tv.

    Comes in so handy! my Samsung had a panel issue, activated my protection plan form Geek Squad, and just like that problem solved. I received my new Samsung.

    With the price of equipment what it is today I think having Geek Squad is a no brainer. I purchased a new 4K TV and Sonos sound equipment and I wanted the protection and tech support the Geek Squad offers.
