I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

I mean its honestly worth the extra $60 i think it was. It covers alot the manufacturer warranty wouldn't.

They are genuinely good people but they couldnt help with what i needed.

A warranty that you want to have, security if you have a problem they will address quickly if there's a problem but I never had any problems with Samsung TVs.

I am satisfy with warranty service. Really help me a lot with the gift card as credit.

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!

my tv was 40 days old and the hdmi ports burned out , made a call and got a repair person out the next week

[Employee of bestbuy] Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

It was very easy to replace the TV when it broke. I recommend buying the warranties because they are really worth it.

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

These warranties are excellent as they are serviced by geek squad which is part of best buy, not a third party which might not respond

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.
