I have used the warranty twice. I received excellent guidance and help each time. Service was on time and professional.

For the price of $20 which is $10 a year. It’s well worth having a warranty

I purchased an 85in TV on October 15th. On November 4th the installation team came to remove our current TV and wall mount and install the new wall mount and new TV. In the process they dropped our TV, damaged our wall, shelf, fireplace and floor. I have been trying to get a manager on the phone since then, it’s now 11/10. They have reordered the TV but we cannot get them to schedule another appointment to install. Also, the installation team left us with our old TV and wall mount uninstalled. So then my husband had to reinstall everything they removed on his own. This will be the last time I purchase from Best Buy.

We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

Great service-I always get this with my purchases. I’ve NEVER had an issue. They even gave me credit on an item that was discontinued but still within warranty-wow!

Date: 04-13-2024 When purchasing a somewhat expensive item (TV, other) I would suggest purchasing the "5 Year" Geek Squad protection and subscribing to their "Best Buy Total Tech Support." - Will ensure you are covered for most anything R. Stewart

They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it

I hooked it up myself but I like the idea that Geek Squad will fix the TV for 5 years if anything goes wrong with it.

I think it's a very good option I'll buy the guarantee since it covers any damage and you're calm and you won't lose your investment I recommend them

It is worth buying the extended warranty. Several times it has paid off by replacing an item.

This the best low budget tv you can find on the market. I definitely will want this tv in a bigger size one day.

Very nice to know that we have like an insurance to make sure everything keeps working for at least two years !!!

I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a peace of mind knowing my product will be taken care of.
