I think the Geek are the best cause they help you in a lot of ways they make sure you are protected and you feel so happy because they look into everything. PS that's why I recommend the Geek group as well cause they take care of you to the best of knowledge to help you .

I purchased this Protection Plan for my 8K TV. I think it is worth it because BestBuy gives me the opportunity to deal with them directly instead of mailing stuff or 3rd parties. Specially, I have the piece of mind that if my TV needs to be replaced I will receive a new one instead of a refurbished one (It has happened before). In that case I rather buy a new one than getting something that has different defects of the one that I turned in (Specially with phones, it has happened more than once).

I have never been disappointed with any LG item I have purchased, and this one is no different. Easy set up out of the box as well as easy to connect the AppleTV and LG soundbar. The picture quality is perfect, as is the size. I would definitely buy another.

The Geek Squad Crew arrived on time. The were very considerate of our home. The wore shoe coverings. When they were finished they cleaned all the dust from hole drilling. Their installation of the TV quick, accurate and professional. After all the physical work was done, they spent almost 30 minutes showing and teaching my family how to use the new remote. They also showed the family all the new available features built into this TV.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

Seems like it was a smart move to purchase an additional warranty at a reasonable price.

They come out pretty timely, but never does one visit suffice. THey always have to come and diagnose then order parts and then return sometimes up to 3 times. But the service does cover repairs, and if the same problem exists 3 times, they will replace your item.

The Qeek Squad is excellent! They have helped me so much. They keep my computer running like it should.

I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college. Thank you Best Buy for having the a very reliable service, Geek Squad is great!

I love being protected for 5 years! Big purchases that may be expensive to repair or replace through no fault of mine is covered so I’m happy!

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

Warrinty extended for fuve years with a very good price.

Definitely buy the product warranty. My father had the insurance on his tv, and after owning the tv for just over 4 years, the picture started to show grey lines in the picture. The tv couldn’t be fixed. Because he had the insurance, Best Buy issued a credit for the tv and we used it to buy a bigger and better tv for just a few dollars out of pocket! Buy the insurance!!

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!
