Honestly wasn't aware that the service came with the purchase. Have had some questions about situations with the TV. Have not followed up like I should. When I was asked to review Geek Squad so I called them. They were very helpful and offered to send someone to check out the problem. The Phone Geek and I decided we would make sure the problem wasn't with the cable network or box. We are working with Spectrum on the problem.

We're so happy we purchased Geek Squad coverage. They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and efficient. We are so inept in anything electronic, but they explained how to use the new TV and music setup in terms we can understand.

I have used Geek Squad protection for several years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The knowledge and professionalism is what keeps my satisfaction with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Great service after factor warranty has expired. Customer service has always been great and we purchase this on all our Electronics . Very pleased with our service after the sale.

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

Never have bought anything without insurance. You may not think it’s worth it now but accidents do happen from point a to b or the cat or dog we’re playing a bit to hard. Don’t walk out without your insure item.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.
