Best Buy has top-notch sales and service. I have not had a problem since I’ve been purchasing everything from TVs to refrigerators to microwave oven. I totally recommend Best Buy

All my appliances were vreaking down at the same time: the laptop, tv, smartphone, and etc. My tv wasn’t even a year old yet. I digned up for 5 year agreement for peace of mind. It is an excellent investment

I wish I could sell this service for BBY... It is so inexpensive (based on the cost of the product) and depending on what it is you buy there really is not anything it does not cover - PLEASE, I beg you to read the fine print though, certain items have different coverages like any other "insurance" - this is just the easiest EVER!

I love the Best Buy protection plan, which I've used for lower-cost items like hearing aids and smart watches. I hope it works and is just as excellent.

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

The geek squad that came out to set up my tv, was outstanding. They were both outstanding. I was very satisfied with them. They were very helpful every step of the way!

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

The Geek Squad professionals quickly mounted my television and peripherals. Additionally, they assisted me in set-up and provided a thorough overview of the features.

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. I have used geek squad on a couple of other items (computer, vacuum, washer and dryer). The couple of times we had to use them, they were easy and quick to use. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
