terrific to add security if something breaks down and hoping it never needs to be used

My old Samsung 4K 75-inch TV started having white spots in the display after 5 years of regular use. Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. This protection plan saved my life, I definitely recommend considering it!

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

5 years of protection is a must! Especially if you're buying expensive OLED TVs

I'm a big fan of the Geek Squad protection packages. They replaced a 65" LG OLED C6 TV a few years ago due to burn in and the replacement process was hassle free and went very smoothly. On a side note, the standard warranty included with LG OLED TVs does not cover burn in. I purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plans on all electronics I buy from Best Buy.

The only reason I buy from bestbuy is because of the value of their warranty the techs are amazing when they come out and usually come out and fix items on their first try unless they have to order parts but if they can’t fix it they don’t play around they will get you into a new product to keep your life going!!!!!!

Not many places will come to your home and repair appliances. The geek squad does. Purchase with best buy and get your moneys worth with this extra benefit.

The Geek Squad unpacked my 65" Oled TV & set it up so fast I couldn't believe it. They explained the actual TV set up to me as they were connecting it to my supplier. The two squad members seemed to enjoy their jobs as well as explain everything to the customer. They even took the empty cardboard box with them. What more can you ask for? They are great.

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

Good price, nice size for a small desk. Curve adds some nice angles to the view.

Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone till repair nd $13 a month charge every month. I got warranty so I wouldn't have to pay more money if it breaks. Hd screen protector put on nd qll of sudden i have cracked screen. I think he did it putting on protector. I should have watched him. Cracked in corner
