Tv wasn’t working and couple days later boom they came and fixed it

Best buy and geek squad have the best warranty hands down.

I had an e pensive tv go out after 2 years and had no protection insurance. I just purchased a 75” Sony and won’t let that happen again! I have covered this investment for 5 years! I have had Geek squad on my computers for years and have been well pleased. I have faith they will repair or replace my tv if a problem occurs after the original first year warranty

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

This service is a MUST for all your tech. They are able to fix or replace any tech concern

I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

I normally purchase warranties on all the products I buy, but never use them and the warranties then expire. My television had a screen issue, called geek squad, geek squad came to service my television, geek squad could not fix the problem, television was then exchanged using the warranty. Great warranty!

geek squad protection is great to have espcially for a quality product. 5 year will comfort me in knowing that im covered. its great to have. hopefully wont need it but you never know.

This is a new TV so we haven't had to call geek squad on it. But I bought a TV for another family member recently, and purchased the geek squad protection. It was well worth it they came out to their apartment and took care of the issue. It was a factory defect and Best Buy stood behind The geek squad coverage

When I call Geek Squad and told them that the delivery man just came and dropped off the TV without helping me set it up, they told me not to worry that he would have them turn around to help me set it up, and that put my mind at ease that I made the right decision but getting this warranty.

This 2 year protection service lived up to its promise. I bought a floor model TV. Ten days later it had technical issues. The Geek Squad surpassed my expectations. I not only received store credit for the TV, they also credit the money that I spent on this protection plan.
