The warranty is well worth it they honored my last extended warranty as promised. You never know when you will need it.

Was not checked out after installing now tv will not work with remote I have tryed to get them back but customer service has not made it happen I can not recommend this service if they cannot make my new Q-LED work with remote can’t figure out why Best Buy wants input from customers but after reading reviews doesn’t follow through and make it work with Samsung remote control

This has so paid for itself over and over again. The service at Best Buy is fantastic. Can’t begin to name all of the associates that helped. Not one was anything but perfect

best plan you can buy. Trust me with the way electonics are made now with their useful shelf lives, its best to have extra protection. you will need it

Absolutely recommend adding a Geek Squad protection plan to your purchase. They are extremely helpful and can save you a lot of money and trouble. They replaced my tv and the process was very easy.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. Warranty came through, 100%! The Geek squad came through, huge!

Haven't really had to use yet. My tv did get delivered broken. However they did do what they could to get a new tv sent out&old one picked up with no major issues. Also suppose to compensate me for my time and wait. Will update again if i need them in the future.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I always but the protection plans. I have a kid that can be hard on his electronics and this covers everything.

Hope not to use it, but its good to know it is there.
