I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

The extra protection is work it, the unexpected can always happen..

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

The delivery team is always professional and clean cut people. Enjoy doing business with them.

i really love protecting my equipment and this was exactly what i needed.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

Everything i buy gets a Geek Squad protection plan. I bought the plan with my 32 inch tv. For the small amount of money I feel I am covered. I have used their coverage before on TVs....these digital tvs are not built like the televisions of yesteryear. I have used them several times on other items and have never been disappointed.

Hopefully won't need the protection but its woth having

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

This was a great deal included in new tv/soundbar purchase.

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.

Had a small problem, getting my TV to set up, they came out and helped with the final installation! Same day even!

My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.
