Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

Feels good to be protected by a warranty that will cover majority of the things on the television

Other companies may have white glove service but I had Royal service. Extra protection price reasonable for 2yr.

I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

The last Protection plan I purchased covered Geek Squad analyzing my tv after three years and decided it was unrepairable. I was able to get a full replacement. Geek Squad protection is worth the added cost.

This tv is massive and the picture quality is Devine. This tv is perfect! It barely fit in my car! But it’s perfect!

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

I haven't had to use them since I haven't had issues with my products but I can at least sleep easy knowing that it won't cost near as much to repair the item if something does go wrong.

It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.

When I purchased my tv I had to get protection.If you really care about your tv and want to use it without thinking about any damaged not being covered .Then this is the plan you need and have a peace of mind .Enjoying my tv to the Max

I'd never purchase a large appliance or entertainment equipment without also purchasing the extended warranty as well. The piece of mind of knowing your items are covered is well worth the money spent

This is something I hope I never have to use I just wish they offered to give you so credit if you never use it

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them
