I love Best Buy. Yeah had good quantity fast and friendly service. Good price yes I haven’t been to Best Buy in a long time. I love the shop y’all have good quality good service and I’m so excited to be with y’all. I have a little experience shopping at Best Buy I love it I’m so excited I bought my TV at Best Buy and I love it and the TV does everything that’s why I love the shop yeah have good service.

Its a warranty i dont think they need a review on a warranty

I believe the Geek Squad protection should start at the end of the original manufacturers warranty, not immediately. The way this one works, we are only getting one year instead of two years (the one I purchased). Not happy about that at all. During the original warranty, the manufacturer should send someone out to repair your TV.

Geeeeeek squaaaad did not use but could be useful for most people

I will tell you right now I always recommend a five-year warranty when you buy a TV especially if you're a type of smart buyer that doesn't constantly buy like some Enthusiast or fomo having person. I

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

Have'nt had problems with TV. Its only a month since i purchased it, but like the peace of mind knowing that if there's a problem i can call the Geek Squad. Bought a two year extended warranty.

After having a large tv fail in less than 2 years and having purchased such a program prior to this purchase I would not buy a tv without an extended warranty! And this time added a power surge addition!!

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Your TV installation will still be covered because of your active TotalTech. What I don't like about TotalTech is that you have to pay a deductible on certain things... this is like an insurance now...

I definitely bought the geek squad 5 year protection

The protection made us feel much better about transporting the TV home.

While it took several days longer to get a Geek Squad agent to my home than I would have preferred, their performance was stellar. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem clearly and discusses next steps. The following day the agent who came to home informed me that there would be a delay in obtaining the need part and arranged for a complete refund of my purchase, service contract and taxes so I could replace my Hisense TV with a new set of my chosing. In the end, I have a new TV, a new 5 year warranty and almost $100.00 in store credit left over.

You should have it, especially you purchase OLED TV.

It's a good TV I like the picture but I had to get two to get one that wasn't broken I like the features of Amazon just wish the TV was built better.

I always purchase the extended warranty with all my products at Best Buy. Geek Squad are alway professional, prompt and very knowledgeable when dealing with the issues I have had with my products. However the best thing about the warranty is the procedure for replacing repair or just providing you with an in store credit for replacement at the cost you paid for the product if they do not have a comparable replacement.
