Not worth it . Save your money don’t spend it on geek squad .

This television was a great buy and had a wonderful value

The tv for the money at the time was great, super bright excellent blacks and dynamic range. Its only weakness was motion at times it had weird artifacts during high speed motion and the software left a lot to be desired as far as UI and picture options

Super awesome TV. was very torn between this tv and a OLED tv. After seeing them side by side there were super close and this was a lot cheaper. Picture is great and has 2 2.1 hdmi ports that I needed

Today I cancelled the protection plan that I purchased for my Hisense TV back in May. The panel and the chassis got damaged during shipping. I acknowledge that this is outside the warranty but I was hoping -based on the info on the website- Geek Squad could help with the repair. First, I was advised to contact Hisense USA which directed me to a third party parts seller. Then I called Best Buy again and heard that they provide service for LG and SAMSUNG and getting a Hisense TV repaired especially with the panel damage would make no difference compared to buying a new TV. Now the confusion is that when you read the details about the plan on the website, it gives you the impression that any repair can be done and at a much cheaper price when you have this plan. It is not clear what service people are actually buying here when they purchase the plan. I also asked "what am I actually buying here" to 5 different agents today and didn't get an answer more than "check out our website".

Black bleed like blue shadow on the bottom of the screen-mediocre viewing angle - not very bright immage and colors. My brother has the x90l much better for movies .

this tv was a disappointment, I was told that there are 3 HDMI ports when there are actually only 2, you cannot adjust the picture color because the picture color is preset to Sport, Cinema ect, and it only has a audio optical to attach you existing surround sound and that did not work for me there arent any rca jacks if thats what you have on your existing surround sound...thumbs down for me Im exchanging it for a Vizio
