    This service is amazing for the cost. You can even bring in device’s that you didn’t purchase from Best Buy to get fixed. They will even install your car stereo system and if anything happens they will reinstall your original system which is included with the service. Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection!!!

    When buying ANY electronics it's always good to purchase the extended accidental warranty!! Better to be safe than sorry, right?? I have spent many of Thousands of dollars through BestBuy and I've ALWAYS gotten protection plans on every product I've purchased. Lets face it, accidents happen and BestBuy has always, literally, covered ALL of my products that have had accidents and I've never had an issue with them replacing the products per the agreements! I NEVER buy something expensive (or not expensive) without an accidental plan. EVER! It's a cheap and must have option in m opinion!

    This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.

    Alway purchase the protection plan. We have always purchased the protection plan for any and all appliances that we buy from this store. Have always received prompt and quick repairs or replacement.

    Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

    Bestbuy Doesn't Care About Customer Loyalty!

    It's an average protection plan and nothing else. Hopefully I'll never have to use. Bestbuy has lost touch with their loyal customer base in regards that they want to push That 179.99 a year Total Tech Plan every time you purchase an item and that's where you are automatically enrolled in a card blanche protection plan (FOR AS LONG AS YOU PAY 179.99 YEARLY)!!! Making the regular protection plan mediocre at best. A SCAM and a money grab if you ask me. especially when for as far as I can remember I've been an Elite Status member for spending a certain amount of money a year and now anyone can become an Elite Member for 49.99. Doesn't matter how much you spend in their store. SCAM!

    The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. I did purchase three warrantees. I appreciate his assistance and would definitely recommend him to also help my friends and colleagues with purchasing items at Best Buy..

    Highly recommend to get with purchases. My TV started to show bright spots on the edge after nearly 2 years. Made a call. They sent someone out. Determined the tv needed to be exchanged. Since my tv is still usable I was able get a gift card for the full amount I paid on my tv and keep my tv. They went above and beyond.

    This plan is exceptional. I was able to have my Hisense 70AG6 replaced due to the cost to repair would not have been worth it. Definitely worth the extra money spent to protect your investment.

    Must have Insurance for todays expensive TVs.

    It’s pretty much gotten to the point where if you spend over $500 on a TV you have to buy “5 year insurance”. My personal experience has been very good getting equipment fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Have had to call for service 3 times and it has always been a positive experience.

    You only need to read the terms and features for these Geek Squad warranties to see how beneficial they are on top of your manufacturer's warranty. Above and beyond. Most of us carry the insurance plans for cell phones each month as a "what if scenario," this is no different for high end home entertainment equipment. For less than cellular insurance and no "deductibles," this is a must have piece of mind. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

    Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

    Geek squad service is Amazing I never use to buy these protection plans but when I started buying more expensive TVs/Soundbars I decided to pay for the protection if Anything breaks or needs to be replaced it’s free of charge geek squad is A must have

    I always get a 2 year or 3 year protection plan with anything buy from Best Buy. Although we already have the my Best Buy protection plan

    Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.
