Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.

An extended warranty from BestBuy is a great idea for expensive items like refrigerators. I used it once for the ice maker and later when the compressor went out. After a couple of repairs, they decided to replace the whole refrigerator. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty!

I recommend getting the geek squad plan, especially for those expensive purchases. The no hassle replacement is EVERYTHING. I have kids and they can look at something and it will break. Lol. BELIEVE ME, this is the best purchase you can buy when buying these new large-screen OLED TVs. New technology can cause various problems and having this warranty coverage has saved me now twice on previous 77" TVs. Well worth the money over time.

This tv is massive and the picture quality is Devine. This tv is perfect! It barely fit in my car! But it’s perfect!

Haven't really had to use yet. My tv did get delivered broken. However they did do what they could to get a new tv sent out&old one picked up with no major issues. Also suppose to compensate me for my time and wait. Will update again if i need them in the future.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase the protection or not. I started to think about the replacement cost if something were to break. I purchased it and I’m happy that I did.
