Luckily U haven't needed to utilize Geek Squad for a $1000.00 T.V. purchase but I have friends that utilized this feature on other products and were thoroughly impressed!

It's good to have because I would not have to buy another tv

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

The installation process was tress free. They took the time to explain the various functions of the tv. Great job!!

The service was great! Any questions I had were answered right away.

Get this on every TV purchase. Great service to have and easy to use.

I so love the security of having protection. Given the amount of work I have to complete using my electronics and how much I travel, the protection plans are so needed!

Didn't do the warranty on a TV I got about 6 years ago. But this time I did so if anything goes wrong I'll have them fix it. Best thing I did.

Haven't hd to have it but always get warranty with geek squad. Just dont like phone warranty. Want extra money to replace product. $250 more even with a $13 a month payment for plan

I got best return service at in store customer desk, it was truly professional.

You never know what may happen with your product. Having the security of the Geek squad, definitely helps ease your mind especially if you are not so tech savvy. I haven't had to use them yet but it's nice to know that they are there to help.

Have not needed it but got out of peace of mind. Couldn’t be any happier in the case it was need.
