    Although I have not had to use this yet....and hopefully not ever, I was kinda disappointed at purchase time. I expected some papers describing where and who to contact - at least an email. If I ever have to use it, I will need to chase down the paperwork. Overall did not get a warm-fuzzy on this service.

    They have great customer service and know how to troubleshoot with virtually everything. Best buy is my electronic go to store
