I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

This protection is a must and adds a sense of ease when purchasing items that may fail outside of manufactures warranty. Value for the money is also good.

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.

It just arrived, I installed it and everything was as expected, great image quality, sound. The perfect installation process, the TV does everything almost by itself, I recommend it to all those who are lovers of good things in terms of quality-price, I recommend that two people assemble it due to the weight and safety
