BestBuy comes to your house to fix your TV, unless it's smaller than 50".... if they can't fix it, they will replace it with the same TV or like technology... or a gift card and you can pick something else out. Get the protection plan, protect your investment... you're welcome.

Geek Squad Protection for products is a great value. We have had to use it a few times and it was painless and easy. I would recommend getting it if you are purchasing high money products that you have the potential of damaging or electronics. Best Buy keep up the great work!

Perfect Dorm Room Size Smart Television! Purcahsed for a new college goer and its loved. Geek Squad hasnt had to be used yet but its always great to have extra protection. Purchased because its better go be safe than sorry.

I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

It’s pretty much gotten to the point where if you spend over $500 on a TV you have to buy “5 year insurance”. My personal experience has been very good getting equipment fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Have had to call for service 3 times and it has always been a positive experience.

Geek Squad is a most have. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

Great price for the warranty on my son 43 inch Samsung tv. I would definitely recommend get one for your children items.
