For the price, this purchase is a great piece of mind.

Geek Squad does upstairs delivery, setup and haul; away and rescues my bad back. I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. They exceeded all my expectations from speed, cost technical smarts, courtesy and COVID-19 safety. Price was more than reasonable for the total value we received!

I purchased one five years ago and my Television went bad 3 months before it was about to expire. I was given a full credit towards the purchase of a new television.

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

A no brainer for OLED TVs as it covers screen burn in (image retention)

Always purchase the week squad protection for any electronics over $100. The service basically pays for itself, if used.

They cleaned up everything after they were done no fuss just hard work

Delivery came on time and they brought it up to my apartment on a third floor walkup. It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)

Geek squad changed my tv components when i bought my first samsung and everytime I had an issue with the TV they would take care of it

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

This was a great deal included in new tv/soundbar purchase.
