It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

Why not buy a five-year warranty? The peace of mind and so much more that comes with it and if anything by chance happened in five years, you get it fixed free or brand new one.

You never know what could go wrong or when. I invested a substantial amount on my television and certainly hope it lasts as long as my last one which is 16 years old and still works fine. I just wanted some new features. It will likely be a while before I want to upgrade again so if this one fails for any reason, the added protection will help prevent unnecessary costs.

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

I always purchase the Greek squad agreement when I purchase televisions as the manufactures warranty does not include shipping and at times the service is not very good. I have found that the geek squad service backs up the purchase of the TV really well.

It provides a piece of mind, when buying high end items. Manufacturing warranty is great, but doesn't always cover everything and takes a lot longer than a ride to bestbuy.

We have not had to call the Geek Squad for this paticular item but they were there to assist us in getting out desktop set up and running quickly and with such patience. They were very informative.

Well, I've never really had to use geek squad and that means the quality of the products purchased are a success.

I gave five stars for the value. At $20 per year for 5 years on a 75" TV is quite reasonable. Although I haven't had anything go bad on me under an extended warranty.

Better to be safe than sorry. Five year warranty for peace of mind.

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.
