Great warranty Best Buy is the best definitely recommend it to everyone

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

NA did not use Geek Squad this time around. Sorry.

I haven't used this protection, yet... I did use the same protection purchased on a similar LG TV. It was great. I'm not fond of TV shopping, and this fixed the TV in 1 home visit... the 1st time. TV works as usual now, and I don't have to spend $$s on a new one. It was worth the money.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I bought this TV December 31st, 2014. Still works fine. You get what you pay for and I think I got a good deal. You have to fiddle with the settings at first but once you find a configuration you like you're set. It comes with its own presets but I don't care for them. Not mind blowing but its a good picture. I watch 1080 movies and play Xbox 360 (720) and have no complaints. 5 stars if I could access Netflix through the TV. If you're on a budget like me you're getting your monies worth and then some.

Warranty came through, 100%! The Geek squad came through, huge!

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

It was not very expensive to add the extra warranty.

Upgraded from a 55” and it was a great decision. Love it !

I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.
