Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

Haven’t used it. Hoping to not have to. Bought just in case.

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

This was a gift to my husband and he loves it so much. There is so many great thing not only for him but me as well

This service is amazing for the cost. You can even bring in device’s that you didn’t purchase from Best Buy to get fixed. They will even install your car stereo system and if anything happens they will reinstall your original system which is included with the service. Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection!!!

I am so happy with this TV I love I don’t have to have cable at all and it has so many channels. This is one of the best TV I have ever go.

It's insurance. Something you gamble on, not knowing and hoping you will ever need it. But if you do, my TV is covered completely for five years!

I am a warranty type of person. I have had to use the geek squad warranty on a previous television. I was really glad that I had it. The IT tried to walk me through a few things and found that the peace that was no longer working was not replaceable so we ended up with a brand new TV. Without the warranty and having access to a service rep, I don’t think we would have known how to fix it. Plus, the fact that they no longer made the part to fix it, we would’ve been out of luck.

I haven't had to use it for this product, but the Geek Squad has never let me down in the past.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.
