Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

Guys helped me bring it in and offered to mount but I already had a guy for that. TV is awsome

If I am going to invest in such a expensive item as my 75 in tv [X900F], then I have to purchase insurance on this. Hope I never have to use it. Always rely on Best Buy for a lot of my needs, especially my major electronics. They are quite knowledgeable and eager to provide their input. Please, do ever remove this store so close from my home here in Kendall.

The geek squad agents did a great job mounting my tv and hooking everything up plus a some basic training.

I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

It is always good to get the protection plan on almost everything, some things have defects & what not. I bought a brand new tv had it a lil over a month & started to see red dots in several places called the geek squad they sent someone out & it had to be replaced, had i not had that protection plan i would have been on my own, at least get the two yrs if nothing else

Peace of mind with this Geek Squad protection. Would not want to have to pay more for in home repair for time and $$ to ship it somewhere.

I always purchase the Greek squad agreement when I purchase televisions as the manufactures warranty does not include shipping and at times the service is not very good. I have found that the geek squad service backs up the purchase of the TV really well.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

Always buy the warranty. Bought it for an LG we used to have and glad I did cus that tv took a dump on me. Best Buy made it easy to replace

Had a Sony XBR 65” tv that was starting to act crazy! Geek Squad came out updated and replaced a part in the tv. It worked well for about another 9 month until the picture started to have lines through it or would restart on its own. Geek Squad replaced this unit, very happy that the customer service received.

Haven't had to use yet, but it is a great value to buy with electronics
