I normally get this protection because it's better having it and not need it, than needing it and not have it. I have used this protections some times and the service that I have received is excellent. You get the service as promised when you buy it.

Any time i had a problem with electronics it was replaced or fixed even with a newer model if that one was not maid any more

So glad I got this. TV broke, Geek Squad came out next day, couldn't fix it so they replaced the TV. Bonus - the TV I originally purchased was no longer available so they upgraded the TV and restarted my 2 year warranty with the new one.

Service was great. Definitely recommend the service to anyone buying a new product.

Always get the Best Buy extended warranty best in the business not like Office Depot or you have to send it away somewhere with Best Buy you can bring it back to the store

I recommend anyone that buys a brand new Samsung TV to get insurance on it. One never know when you will need it especially on game day or gaming with friends.

The geek squad at Best buy is awesome. They are always there to assist you with any purchases and answer any of your questions in detail. They have experience and you can tell. I recommend getting this service when you purchase items.
