Didn't buy the extra warranty on our last 75 inch television and it blew out after only 6 months of average use (on about 2-3 hrs a day, most days). So this time, we're prepared.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

Saved me a ton of money when the last tv went out. They gave me a gift receipt for the value of the tv and it was stress free and easy. Will never go with a lesser warranty again, its very much worth the money.

I generally do not purchase service warranties. As I was buying a new TV, I decided it would be a good idea. Thankfully I never had to use it.

Geek squad sent a technician right away, technician had inspected the tv and could not repair the issue said it was a defect so recommended a refund or replacement, I had no issues with receiving a new replacement, thank you Geek Squad.

The agent was very helpful during our transaction, helped us as soon as we gotr therer asnd even loaded our TV in the car

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

Doing its job and I think the service is good and pls keep it up

I had another T= that broke and I didn’t purchase the protection so I am not making that mistake again. I always purchase it for all my son gaming gear and it is phenomenal. I get a replacement immediately with no hassle. It is so worth it

Excellent GS protection for Bravia OLED. If this TV fails in 5 years you want it protected for the price point of the TV and protection. GS protection is very good.

I always make sure to get the Geek Squad Protection so that I am covered for any issues with any TV or Item I purchase at Best Buy

Provides peace of mind for our LG TV and other purchases! At first I debated the value but remembered other TVs going out after 3-4 years and went with this!

You absolutely MUST get a 5 year SERVICE PLAN when purchasing SAMSUNG SMART TVs because my last two TVs went in 2 years and 3 years. It's truly a NO BRAINER.

Easy to use when needed to use the greek squad, you also just ask simples questions too
