I believe that the price for the cost of the insurance for the tv is worth it!

5 year Geek Squad protection - cheap insurance / piece of mind! Well worth the upfront cost to know it's one less thing to worry about. A very good value even if I didn't get it on sale. Recommended.

I typically do not purchase warranties. However, the Geek Squad Service program was too good to pass on. Five years is a long period of time for an insurance/warranty program.

I purchased protection for an OLED TV due to concerns about burn-in. This is the only plan I found that covers that. I hope I never have to use it, but at least I have peace of mind in case I do.

I haven’t had any problems with my tv, thankfully. But I’m glad I have this just in case.

Bought the service plan for an OLED TV I bought. Even though I don't know if mine will burn in, it's great to know that I have that protection if I need it.

I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted

everytime I buy expensive devides i get the protection plan its a good safety nest. Ive had a tv break on me after few years and got my money back to go towards a new one.

I worry that I will break the items I buy and this always helps.

James was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly in setting up the internal features of the TV.

its there when i have an issue and have not run into one yet so its hard to tell im sure it would be of a great benefit if i run into and issue

Geek Squad provided great service, answered all my questions, and suggested a replacement tv.

Geek squad provides me with the protection I need if I have any problems with my product after the store warranty expires.

Bought the protection for bought of the Smart TV's. Have not used the pretection yet for the TV's but I also have the protection on other equipment I purchased at Best Buy and used the protection.

I am so thankful they discussed this purchase with me. I purchased the TotalTech protection plan. I think everyone should purchase this plan of coverage. thanks!

Best Buy do back up on their warranties are very good

If you buy a TV from BB and want it installed properly get the Geek Squad to do it. The two young men sent out to my apartment to install my TV for me was the bum diggity! They knew what they were doing and did it quite well. Way to go Geek Squad!!!

Like to buy these on anything over $200. I figure if it is going to break it will be in the first couple years unless you abuse it. Fair price and if it breaks its cover for repair or replace.
