99% of Extended Warrantys are BS, not this one

With today's computers and software it has not always been easy to fix my own computer especially with today's laptops. It was worth the membership to me for the protection value.

Good idea for more expensive items

I have not used the service on this purchase yet, but I have had to in the past and Best Buy took care of the issue. This is why I buy this service on anything above $250.

Geek squad protection plan
