Haven't had to use them very much, which is a good thing, but the little i have used them, they are very professional, and able to fix the problem as fast as they could

I had previously purchased the 3 year plan first and was surprised I could replace it for a 5 year plan with in one week. This plan is said to cover tv burn in. Hope for the best....

I always get a protection plan when getting a tv. In the past I had experience minor issues with my TV after time and the protection plan covers me, even if they cannot fix it, they will give the value in gift card to get a new one.
